You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our service without prior written consent. Headings in this agreement are provided for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Scope of Work and Client Disclosure

Our assessment and remediation recommendations are based on the information provided by the client and the areas made accessible to us. If the client fails to disclose relevant information or restricts access to affected areas, Perth Restoration Services shall not be held liable for incomplete. remediation or subsequent mould growth.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Perth Restoration Services shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from mould recurrence, undisclosed conditions, or client refusal to authorize recommended work. 

Acknowledgement of Environmental Factors

Clients acknowledge that mould growth is influenced by environmental factors such as humidity, ventilation, and water intrusion. [Company Name] is not responsible for recurrence caused by ongoing environmental conditions outside the scope of our remediation services.

Assessment Validity Period

All assessments, reports and quotations issued by Perth Restoration Services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, conditions may have changed, and a new assessment may be required. Quotations cannot be honoured beyond the validity period without reinspection.

Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee that information provided on this site is accurate, complete, or current. Validity of Reports
  • All mould assessment reports issued by Perth Restoration Services are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
  • Environmental conditions can change rapidly; therefore, reports should not be relied upon beyond this period without a fresh inspection.
  • After 30 days, the client must request a new assessment at their own expense if updated or further documentation is required.
Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law Perth Restoration Services shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from mould recurrence, undisclosed conditions, or client refusal to authorize recommended work. 

Client Responsibility for recommended work 

Where the client elects not to proceed with the full assessment or scope of recommended remediation, Perth Restoration Services accepts no responsibility for incomplete results or subsequent mould recurrence. Partial remediation may not resolve the underlying issue.

Client Responsibility And Expiry of Liability
  •  Clients are responsible for arranging remediation, monitoring, or follow‑up inspections within the 30‑day validity period. Failure to act may result in further mould growth, property damage, or health risks.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for claims, disputes, or damages arising after the validity period if recommended follow‑up has not been completed.
  • Reliance on expired or altered reports is entirely at the client’s own risk.
Integrity And Reports
  • All Reports and the information contained within must not be disseminated, excerpted, summarized, or altered in any way outside the agreed upon terms.
  • Reports must always be presented in their entirety. Any modification, selective use, or misrepresentation of content constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Deviation From Original Policy or Report Provided
  • Legal exposure under consumer and professional standards.
  • Challenges from opposing specialists questioning the integrity of the assessment.
  • Damage to professional credibility of both Perth Restoration Services and the industry.
Ownership And Confidentiality
  • All reports remain the intellectual property of Perth Restoration Services.
  • Clients are granted usage rights solely for the purpose of remediation, insurance, or compliance as outlined in the engagement agreement.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of reports is strictly prohibited.
Changes To Terms And Conditions

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or amend these Terms by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
